Allentown Acid
Allentown Acid is a phosphoric- and citric-acid based detergent that provides outstanding performance in removing uric and acid-soluble deposits when used in rack or tunnel washers at 55–80 °C. It is extremely effective as a single-use detergent for small rodent caging and bottles, and also functions as an efficient neutralizer for large animal cage washing when combined in a multi-chemical wash cycle with Allentown Alkali. Unlike conventional acid detergents, Allentown Acid ensures strong cleaning power, high dispersant properties, excellent material compatibility, and compliance with European detergent safety standards.
✅ Features:
– Designed for use in Allentown washers and washers from other manufacturers
– Suitable for cages, bottles, accessories, storage, and transport racks
– Acid detergent with high dispersant levels and descaling properties
– Reliably removes organic residues and acid-soluble deposits
– Compatible with stainless steel, polycarbonate, polyetherimide, polysulfone, and polyphenylsulfone
– Free of harmful phosphates such as STPP, TKPP, and TSP
– No oxidizing agents, ensuring safer cleaning applications
– Ingredients compliant with Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents
– Classified and labelled according to CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008
– Supplied product pH: 1.4
– Available in 10L or 20L canisters
