Immunisation Protocol:
Day 0: Pre-immune serum (1.5ml), 1st Immunisation
Day 7: 2nd Immunisation
Day 14: 3rd Immunisation
Day 28: 4th Immunisation
Day 35: Bleed (20ml per rabbit)
Day 49: 5th Immunisation
Day 63: Bleed (20ml per rabbit)
Day 77: 6th Immunisation
Day 91: Final bleed (approx. 50ml per rabbit), quantitative ELISA
Day 98: Delivery of 1.5ml per-immune sera, antisera and remaining peptide
Note: Rabbits will be terminated on day 91

* Further immunization, bleed and quantitative ELISA until titre reaches minumum 1:1,000
* Delivery of 1.5ml pre-immune sera, 100ml antisera with minimum 1:1,000 by ELISA

- Assistance in selection of a peptide as a suitable epitope
- Peptide synthesis (12-15 amino acids, 10-15mg, purity 70% – 80%, quality control by HPLC, MS)
- Conjugation of 5mg peptide to a protein carrier (Limulus Polyphemus Hemocyanin from horse-shoe crab)
- Immunisation of 2 rabbits according to the immunisation protocal designed for each offer
- Rabbit maintenance, boosting and bleeding is charged on a monthly basis
- Additional antisera is charged based on per ml of serum
- Quantitative ELISA test is charged based on per test
- Isolation of total IgG from serum by protein-A is charged based on 20ml serum lot
- Isolation of specific IgG from serum by antigen-carriers is charged based on 20ml serum lot
- Polyclonal antisera raised in other species available upon request including goat, sheep, chicken, mice & guinea pig
- Rabbit anti-phosphopeptide-specific antibodies
- Antibody labeling – custom conjugation of polyclonal antibodies to any fluorescent dye such as biotin, Cy3, Cy5 and etc.
